Login/passwords will be approved individually. You will be notified via email when your account access has been approved. Dealer paperwork must be on file before online access will be granted. We reserve the right to deny or revoke online access to anyone at any time. Please keep your password secure.

New Dealers: Please complete our Dealer Application, print it out, sign and fax to 770.439.6413 or 800.984.6712 along with your current business license and state tax certificate. After faxing, please MAIL all original signed documents to PO Box 5, Powder Springs, GA 30127. A salesperson will contact you regarding lines available in your area. Not all lines are available in all markets. Once your account has been set up, you may Request Online Dealer Access.

Custom Distributing is a wholesale distributor serving retail businesses and custom installers within our assigned territory of Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina or Tennessee. We do not sell to the public, nor do we sell outside of our territory.

All shipments are FOB from our warehouse in Powder Springs, GA and reach the majority of our dealers within 2 business days.

Credit Card Purchases: Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted. Please complete the Credit Card Authorization Form along with the above documents and return by fax. Download the Credit Card Authorization form.

NOTE: Purchases made by credit card MUST be shipped to the billing address of the cardholder. If you currently use a PO Box, you may need to have your credit card provider list an additional physical address on your account. Addresses will be verified prior to shipment.
